Declared when a country, region, city or network loses at least half of its reachability for five consecutive minutes. Deliberately cautious: if it appears here, it is significant.

Reachability map #

Share of each country's addresses that answer. A ratio, not a count, so a small country with good reachability is not washed out by a large one. Circles mark advisories in force: area is the addresses estimated affected, colour is severity, and a dashed ring means the network has no location of its own and sits at its country's centre.

Diurnal fingerprint #

Reachability by hour for the countries with the most responding addresses. Dot area is the response rate; a dot turns amber where that hour sits more than 6% off the country's own median for the window — the same trailing-median comparison the outage detector runs, drawn. A country going dark reads as a row of holes.

Top responding #

The same addresses, grouped differently. Every grouping is a label applied to the measurement, not a different measurement.
